# BEP-20 Transition Roadmap

## 3. BEP-20 Transition Roadmap

FNCY has established a systematic and phased migration roadmap to transition from its existing mainnet system to a BEP-20-based ecosystem. This roadmap is an integrated strategy that includes not only technical migration but also token distribution structure, community trust, and user onboarding.

### 3.1. Key Milestones

* [x] **Snapshot Reference Date:** September 30, 2025 \
 A snapshot of on-chain balances on the FNCY mainnet will be taken as the basis for distributing the BEP-20 token.
* [x] **Automatic Airdrop & Token Conversion Period:** October 15, 2025 \
 BEP-20 tokens will be automatically distributed to eligible users based on the snapshot data, with no manual claim process required.
* [x] **Full Mainnet Shutdown:** October 30, 2025 \
 The existing proprietary FNCY mainnet will be permanently decommissioned, and all related services will cease operation.
* [x] **Burn of Unminted Tokens:** November 1, 2025 \
 Any tokens that have not been minted by this date will be permanently burned.
* [x] **Phased Burn of Foundation-Managed Tokens:** \
 A portion of foundation-held tokens that are deemed unlikely to be circulated or lack a clear utility plan will be burned in stages following the BEP-20 transition. Further details will be announced progressively through official channels.

### 3.2.Migration Process by Phase

### 3.3. Final Circulation Supply

### 3.4. Post Direction: Casual Game Platform-centric Strategy

After the BEP-20 transition, FNCY will move away from the burden of operating its own mainnet and begin a full-scale transition to a content-centric Web3 ecosystem. The core of this transition is to onboard casual game content led by external project teams onto the FNCY platform and implement a token circulation structure based on actual usage.

FNCY aims to create a Web3 gaming environment where game users, developers, and communities can grow together through collaboration with external content projects.

**1) Expansion of Multi-SNS Games Based on External Projects**

Based on its experience in operating casual games on Telegram, FNCY will expand various game contents owned by external project teams to additional SNS platforms such as LINE.

Customized mini-games (e.g., bingo, prediction games, puzzles, etc.) will be provided sequentially according to the characteristics of each platform and user base, and game content development will be led by independent partner projects.

This will allow the platform to flexibly accept and spread games with various genres and accessibility without the burden of developing its own content.

**2) Tokenization of In-game Assets (Tokenized Economy)**

* $FNCY token, which has been converted to BEP-20, is directly linked to in-game assets such as game points, item purchases, and upgrades.
* Users can exchange points earned through play for $FNCY tokens, or conversely, consume tokens to enjoy in-game benefits.
* This goes beyond simple game use and forms the basis for the Play-to-Own or Play-to-Earn model.

**3) Web3 User Experience Linked to Reward Platform**

* Points earned in the game are linked to a reward platform and exchanged for $FNCY tokens, which have real value.
* The reward platform is designed to create a virtuous cycle of tokens through ad viewing, mission completion, game ranking rewards, and more.
* This ultimately increases user engagement and ensures the practical use of tokens.

**4) Global Expansion and Removal of Entry Barriers**

* Prioritize providing a structure that allows Web2 users to easily access the platform without a wallet, as well as simple login and point-based UX/UI
* Once users have accumulated assets, encourage them to connect their Web3 wallets to naturally transition to the on-chain ecosystem
* Seek global expansion through localization strategies and language support tailored to various social media platforms in different countries

**5) Designing a Sustainable Token Economy Model**

* Introducing an in-game burning mechanism (e.g., burning tokens when purchasing items)
* FNCY tokens are linked to platform revenue at a certain rate, ensuring an incentive alignment structure between users and developers
* Promoting community-centered decision-making through governance, including game updates, token distribution structures, and event design
