Validator Requirements

Prerequisites of Becoming a Validator

FNCY 합의 알고리즘에 참여하는 검증인(Validator)은 컨소시엄을 구성하고 권한 추가와 삭제는 기존 구성원의 투표로 결정됩니다. 검증인 후보자가 되기 위해서는 다음의 전제 조건을 충족해야 합니다.

  • KYB(Know Your Business) 및 KYC(Know Your Customer) 인증 프로세스 완료

  • 시스템 컨트랙트(System Contract)에 $FNCY를 예치(Staking)해야 하며, 모든 검증인은 최소 5,000,000 FNCY를 Self Stake해야 합니다.

  • Governance voting을 통하여 검증인 후보자를 최종 선출합니다.

Mainnet Validator Hardware Requirements

Mainnet m5zn.3xlarge instance type on AWS, or c2-standard-16 on Google cloud 2T GB of free disk space

Testnet

500 GB of free disk space, accessible at a minimum read/write speed of 100 MB/s. 4 cores of CPU and 8 gigabytes of memory (RAM).

Each validator needs to deploy one sentry node

Deploy Process

  1. Create and setup the VPC

  2. Setup the network and firewall

  3. Setup the monitoring and alerting policy and connect with our alarming system

  4. Setup the logging and debug settings

  5. Setup and implement security policies
