Runtime Upgrade

Upgrading FNCY blockchain does not require a hard fork. In other words, all nodes on FNCY blockchain do not need to upgrade their client modules at the same time.

If FNCY governance upgrade is required for functional improvements, security changes, etc., the System Genesis Contract can be upgraded.

However, upgrades must go through an on-chain governance process for proposals and votes. Hence, changes can be implemented by the selected validator.
