제네시스 블록 생성 후 거버넌스 설정이 완료되면 블록당 5개의 $FNCY가 발행되며, Minted (5개) $FNCY는 거버넌스에 정의된 아래 보상 분배에 규칙에 따라 매 블록마다 분배됩니다. $FNCY 코인은 매년 52,560,000개씩 생성되어 Governance에 정의된 Address로 자동 분배되며, Genesis Block 발행량인 10억개를 포함하여 총 20억개가 발행됩니다.
